Coach Nick Lambe

Catalyst Speaker Academy is led by Nick Lambe, a speaker, event host, and communication coach with well over 100 live speaking engagements and deep experience building stages that actually create momentum.

Nick is the founder of SpeakNess, a modern communication and speaking gym, and the creator of the Catalyst Stage—a growing live event platform designed around clarity, action, and real-world impact.

Over the years, Nick has:

delivered 100+ in-person talks, workshops, and keynotes
hosted and produced live, in-person events and immersive experiences
led virtual events reaching more than 40,000 attendees internationally
worked hands-on with coaches, experts, and leaders to sharpen talks, delivery, and presence
helped speakers turn unclear ideas into talks that land with real audiences and lead to real opportunities

Nick’s approach to speaking is built on methodology, repetition, and standards—not performance tricks or hype.

He built the Catalyst Speaker Academy to solve a specific problem he saw repeatedly:
people didn’t need more advice & tips—they needed a clear talk, a real stage, and a path forward.
