Your voice is the most underappreciated and under developed aspect of how you communicate and connect with others.
We often think of your voice simply as a "tool" to deliver the words we say. This significantly limits how much is possible when we learn to truly use our voice. When we think of voice as an instrument, we become open to explore it and all that it can provide for us.
The reality is that how we currently sound and the way we currently use our voice is NOT set in stone. It's just the way we've been conditioned to use it (based on culture, upbringing, environment). You can change your voice and in turn change everything about you're perceived by others.
As a coach, your voice is the vehicle for every meaningful impact with clients. From an initial consult to the anatomy of your sessions to when the client is losing their way, learning to play the instrument of your voice will help you become a more confident, connected and effective coach.

Nick hosts his own events including numerous virtual summits and co-hosting the annual Raise the Bar Conference.
He is the founder of Impact Education and Events and focuses on helping coaches become more effective and dynamic communicators and speakers.
