Pre Summit Recovery Retreat
Live on April 16th and then available to access for 2 weeks will be a mini recovery retreat for all summit attendees.

Zac Cupples is a physical therapist, performance coach, and nutrition coach. He graduated from St. Ambrose University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2011 and completed an orthopedic residency in 2013 to attain his OCS, and became a certified strength and conditioning specialist the same year. Zac has spent his career working in a variety of settings, from pain management to the NBA. His mission is to condense and combine the 80+ continuing education courses he has taken throughout his career into simple and effective methods that his clients can apply. He runs zaccupples.com, which helps people make advanced health and performance concepts ridiculously simple. He offers remote movement consultation, mentoring, and training. He also teaches the movement seminar "Human Matrix" across the world. He also is a Physical Therapist and Education Director for Elevate Sports Performance and Healthcare in Las Vegas, NV, working with everyday and professional athletes alike, including golf, basketball, and mixed martial arts.

Rich studied Exercise Science at Concordia University in Montreal. He then interned at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning (MBSC) in 2009. Shortly after he acquired sports & exercise nutrition certification Pn1 from Precision Nutrition. When Rich returned to Montreal, he started the Athletic Development Program at CoreXcellence. Where, for 10 years he had the opportunity to train hockey players from high-school to NCAA, Semi-pro, KHL and NHL . During those 10 years Rich was the internship coordinator and Senior Performance Specialist and applied principles from the 7+ courses he has taken from PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). Since 2014 Rich has appeared on Live Tv as a Fitness and Sports Training Consultant. Rich leveraged his skills acquired from teaching power skating and giving workshops to connect with the young athlete population, business executives, stay-at-home parents. He realized the commonalities amongst populations is that a lot of us enjoy jumping, throwing, running and competing. This is the basis that EMPWR - Fitness & Sports Training was created upon. Topic: Nutrition to Support Recovery and Sleep
Pratik Patel is a Sports Dietitian, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and PhD student. For the past 20 years, he has studied nutrition, fitness, recovery, and the interplay between these and optimal health and performance. He has spent the past 11 years implementing his knowledge with elite athletes, most recently as an Assistant Coach with the New York Giants as the Director of Performance Nutrition and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in charge of all things nutrition, hydration, supplementation, sleep, and recovery related to optimizing health and performance. Prior to his arrival at the Giants Pratik worked over 7 years at the collegiate level at Kansas State, Michigan State, and the University of Oregon where he had the opportunity to build, grow, and integrate sports nutrition departments from the ground up. During his career Patel has worked with 2 NFL All-Pros, 8 Pro Bowlers, 33 NFL Draft Picks (7-1st Rounders), 7 NBA Draft Picks, 2 PGA Tour Players, and 3 USATF Olympians. Patel is a Registered Dietitian and board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
