Hi, I’m Nick Lambe — and I created SpeakNess Club because I’ve seen what happens when people finally step into their voice.
Not the voice they think they should have…
But the one that’s already in them — waiting to be trained, expressed, and heard.
Over the past decade, I’ve spoken at over 125 events, coached hundreds of professionals, and helped creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs turn their message into momentum. But along the way, I saw a major problem:
Most people don’t get a place to practice communication.
To speak out loud, get reps, and grow without pressure.
So we built it.
SpeakNess Club isn’t about being perfect.
